Singer-songwriter-guitarist, Lionel De Leon, moved from Garden Grove, California to Hurley, New Mexico, in 2009. He met Vic Tomaso at Calvary Chapel in Silver City, New Mexico and they soon began talking about recording original songs. Lionel built a recording studio and together they found Eric North (original bassist) who was working for the forestry. They got together for Saturday afternoon recording sessions and eventually completed their first CD, "Off The Grid."

Eric moved to Albuquerque shortly after the CD was released. A few months later, Bruce and Brenda Bos moved to Silver City, New Mexico and met Lionel and Vic at Calvary Chapel, Silver City (where all were involved with the worship team). Bruce and Brenda offered to join the band and perform live. Joie De Leon joined on keyboards and backing vocals.

The band played live on two occasions, for a Pinos Altos Volunteer Firefighters fundraiser and for a taping for a local public television station. Later, they went back into the studio and recorded their second CD, "New Mexico."  Lionel moved to Deming, New Mexico in December 2014, where  "Poets, Rhythm & Blues" was recorded. Lionel and Vic released their fourth CD, titled "Daze of Darkness," in November 2019.
